The Beaver Falls House

For a family or group looking for a more private river house experience, The Beaver Falls House is the ideal retreat. The 4-bedroom, craftsman style home overlooks an idyllic stretch of The Bullpasture River, featuring cascading waterfalls rushing around massive boulders.

The home has 2.5 bathrooms and four guestrooms – three with queen size beds and the fourth with a king bed plus two twin beds. The common area includes a wood-buring fireplace, comfortable living room, large porch with ample seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Open the windows or relax on the porch and you’ll hear the soothing sounds of the rushing river below. Stone steps take you down to a private river stretch below the house or walk upstream about 3-minutes and you’ll find the home’s namesake, Beaver Falls.

The famed Beaver Falls swimming hole has a natural rock water slide that drops into one the largest and deepest pools on the entire river. The property sits just 6 miles north of Fort Lewis Farm and directly along the Bullpasture River.

While meals are not included with your stay at The Beaver Falls House, the home comes with a fully equipped kitchen for evenings spent cooking and grilling. While guests staying here have access to all hiking trails, farmstead, and river access points, please note that the buildings and amenities of the main Lodge area are for guests staying at the main Lodge and Riverside only.
